S.H.O.C. Mission Statement:

S.H.O.C. exists to REACH non-believing youth, to CONNECT them with other Christians, to help youth GROW in their faith, to help the growing DISCOVER their ministry and HONOR God with their life.

Sunday School Scripture:  For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I with them.

S.H.O.C. Sunday night scripture:  Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away, behold, the new has come.  All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation; that is, God was in Christ reconciling the world to himself, not counting their tresspasses against them, and trusting to us the message of reconciliation.  So we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us.  We beseech you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.  For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

S.H.O.C. meets this Sunday evening at 4:00-5:30 in the Kennett Building.  Come and join us for a great study, "Color My World."

Theme:  Color My World:  God calls us to live in full color.  By the pictures we paint with our lives, the values we live by, the courage to live our faith out loud, and the willingness to stand for what's good and right and true, we join God in coloring our world beautiful.

Week One and Two:  Painting your world with spiritual graffiti.  We can preserve and add to the beauty of our world or to the clutter and mess.  Our lives can be colorful, interesting, meaningful, helpful, when we make choices to imporve ourselves and our surroundings.  What pictures are we painting with our lives?
